Engineering
We are an engineering-based company. We have a professional engineering staff that continuously looks at developing new products and improving existing products. We use the latest CAD software to aid in product development and design, focusing as much on innovation and technology as functionality and usability.
Electronics
The on-site electronics laboratory is staffed with highly skilled technicians who assemble and test all electronics before sending them to the assembly line. Our lab is equipped with the latest tools and testing equipment to ensure every product delivered performs as intended.
Fabrication
The in-house fabrication department is equipped with the latest technology in welding and material handling equipment. Certified welders ensure the consistency and strength of our products. Having the fabrication department on-site assures all products meet Wanco’s high standards.
Quality
Wanco’s multiple-step quality control program provides for a high level of quality. Receiving inspections check that incoming goods match our specifications and standards for quality. In-process inspections catch problems early and reduce rework. Final product inspection ensures the product meets our tight controls before shipment.
Service
Our service department consists of knowledgeable, dedicated personnel who want to help. Whether you need product support, replacement parts, troubleshooting or repair, our service personnel are here to help. When needed, troubleshooting and repair are completed in-house, resulting in quicker turnaround times and lower repair costs.
